He holds key positions in Finance and IT in various multinational companies from different industries like manufacturing, information technology,  business process outsourcing, logistics, health care services, hospitality and academe. His stints with Ernst & Young and Pricewaterhouse Coopers gave him the backbone to build his own auditing firm handling assurance, tax and business consultancy.  

He is closely working with the Department of Trade & Industry to empower SMEs through tax and accounting training here in the National Capital Region and Southern Philippines. As a professor, it is innate to him developing capabilities and empowering others.
